Condo Information

The condo is located at #1210-7495 Columbia Ave, Radium Springs B.C. To get inside the building you will enter

07634

at the front door. This new code is specific to our unit and will not be shared outside of anyone renting it.

We have installed a key pad deadbolt lock onto our suite. The code for the keypad is 8842.

There are two fobs/keys inside the suite. These fob/keys will allow you into the garage, building doors, and other amenities. The cost to replace a lost key is $50.

REMEMBER NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN CONDO

Penalty for 1st offence - $1,000

Penalty for 2nd offence - $2,500 and two year ban from using the condo

Penalty for 3rd offence - Permanent ban from using the condo

Any banned member found to be using the condo shall be placed in bad standing.

Checkout time is 10:00 am. Check-in is 3:00 pm. Please respect these times as the full time is required for cleaning.

Prior to Leaving, Please Complete the Following:

Strip the sheets from any beds used and place sheets and towels by the washing machine.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Remove all garbage and cans and place them in the appropriate containers in the adjacent garage.
Ensure the BBQ is clean if it has been used.

If you load and start or use the washing machine, please don’t overload it.

Recommended Loads:

2 Fitted sheets
2 Flat sheets
8 pillow cases
6 to 8 medium-sized towels and kitchen linen
4 to 6 large towels and kitchen linen

Spread linen and towels evenly across the drum.

Please ensure you pay for your stay prior to leaving. You can leave cash or cheque (made out to Medicine Hat Police Association) for your rental in the "Association" pigeon hole. Send Kevin Weisgerber an email advising that it is there. EMT payment is an option as well, and can be sent to condo@mhpa.ca .

Please just leave a message in the payment indicating the date of stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please let Kevin know. He can be reached on his cell at 403-952-6486 if you run into any problems during your stay. Most importantly… Have fun, and enjoy your stay

Association Member Rental Peak Season (May 15 - September 15)

3 night rental is $250
4 night rental is $300
7 night rental is $550

7 night rental $650

Association Member Rental Off Season (from January 1 – May 15 and September 15 – December 31)

3 night rental is $220
4 night rental is $260
7 night rental is $480
